Shiatsu Massage

Shiatsu Massage is a fusion of both Eastern and Western. It is performed on a table instead of a mat on the floor due to many peoples neck and mobility issues. 

It involves long strokes and perpendicular pressure, can be dynamic or gentle depending on your constitution.

May include cupping and/or Guasha.
